Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) is the use of radio waves to read and capture information stored on a tag attached to an object. A tag can be read from up to several feet away and does not need to be within direct line-of-sight of the reader to be tracked.

Vegan leather is usually made from polyurethane (PU) but it can also be made from innovative and sustainable materials such as pineapple leaves, cork, apple peels, other fruit waste, and recycled plastic and used to create products that put animal skins to shame.

We have a warranty of one year on production malfunctions. This covers production and design flaws. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect, is not covered under this warranty

We ship to almost every country in the world and offer free shipping on all orders.

All orders will be scheduled for shipment within 2 - 5 business days, excluding holidays.

Based on information we were given by our shipping partners, the most likely case is the custom fee & duty can be avoided in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, countries in the European Union, Norway, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Anywhere else, we have to check with our shipping agent. We try our best to help you minimize custom fees and taxes but sometimes there are unlucky packages.

Order Tracking and Changes

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.

Please allow up to 3 days for shipping information to show up as tracking information is only updated when the package gets through parcel point hubs. This also means that if the tracker does not update daily the package is still on its way to you. If the package is not received within 30 Business days, please contact us.

We understand that mistakes can happen with orders and changes sometimes need to be made. Please make sure to double check your information before submitting an order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we are able to catch orders before they are released to our carriers, and incorrect or missing address information can result in a failed delivery.
